Rosie Tate – Refund Policy

We hope you adore your Rosie Tate pieces as much as we love creating them! Each item is thoughtfully designed and crafted with care. Due to the handmade and custom nature of our products, please carefully review our refund policy below.

 


 

1. All Sales Are Final

Because our pieces are handmade, made-to-order, or part of limited collections, we do not offer refunds or exchanges. Each item is created with care and attention to detail, and slight variations are part of the charm of a handmade product.

 


 

2. Exceptions – Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is defective or incorrect, we want to make it right!
Please contact us within 5 days of delivery at rosietateclothing@gmail.com 

with:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the item

If approved, we will offer a refund, exchange, or store credit.

 


 

3. Return Conditions

Approved returns must meet the following conditions:

  • Item is unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging

  • Item is returned within 7 days of approval

  • Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless we made an error

 


 

4. Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Custom or personalized items

  • Sale or promotional items

  • Gift cards

 


 

5. Store Credit Option

In some cases, store credit may be offered in lieu of a refund. Store credit never expires and can be used on future purchases.

 


 

6. Our Handmade Promise

We pour heart and creativity into every piece we make. Slight variations in fabric placement, stitching, or trims are not flaws — they’re part of what makes our pieces special and one-of-a-kind.
